How it works
Microphones are installed near both the teller and the client, connected to the network of queue management server through a mini PC. Microphones can be also built-in the optional touch feedback device.
The recordings start by calling the new ticket, and starting the transaction, they are closed when the teller closes the transaction.
Automatically compresses the software the recordings into MP3 format.
Since each recordings are connected to the ticket number, listening back to the right recordings is easy to find.
