The Customer Message (SMS) feature (also known as the SMS ticket) offers a streamlined, paperless alternative to printed tickets in Q‑net Pro 7. Instead of printing a ticket at the dispenser, customers enter their phone number and receive their ticket number directly via SMS. This not only eliminates paper waste but also accelerates the ticketing process and enhances convenience for both customers and staff.
Phone-based ticket delivery: Customers enter their mobile number at the ticket dispenser—no need for printed tickets.
SMS dispatch of ticket number: The system sends the ticket number via SMS, allowing customers to proceed without waiting for paper.
