Q-net Basic
Complex enough to solve your problem, simple enough for a pleasant user experience.

About Basic...
The Q-net Basic system is an ideal and cost-effective solution for locations with a limited number of counters and services. It allows setting rules for which counters can handle specific services, but does not support service forwarding between counters.
It’s designed to streamline queues and improve customer flow in simpler service environments.

How does it work?
The Q-net Basic system works by having customers take a ticket from a dispenser, which is managed by a built-in mini PC. Clerks call the next number using a simple keypad, and the ticket number appears on a central display.
The system supports up to 7 services and 16 counters, with each counter can be assigned to specific services. However, it does not allow forwarding customers between counters.

Ticket dispensers
- TB07 ticket dispenser can display 7 services on its 7' touch monitor. It has a built-in Linux-based mini PC, with no need for a server. It is also part of a stand-alone system.
- Both types have a 2' ticket printer.
LED waiting area display
- It shows the ticket number and the calling counter number at the same time.
- It can come in multiple rows, in this case always the top row shows the last call, meanwhile, the previous call drops down.
- It has a built-in buzzer (can be muted), to draw the call into the clients's attention.
- It can swap Arabic/English numbers.
LCD monitor waiting area display
- It has more features than the LED displays, apart from the called numbers and the counter number it can also show pictures, scrolling messages, RSS feed.
- Needs a Linux-based mini PC (PC03) to be connected to the server.
- Its media player software is included in the Sh27 Basic software package.
- Different templates are available in the package.
LED counter displays
- There are 3-digit dot matrix counter displays.
- The LED color is white, but optionally there are other colors available.
- It shows only the called ticket number, usually, it is installed above or near the counter.
- There are certain cases, where 5-digit displays are used as a counter display, in this case first three digits show the ticket number, and the last two are for the calling numbers, just like at the waiting area display.
Hardware keyboards
- In the Basic system only hardware keyboards are available, no software version.
- This is a very simple, long-lasting hardware unit, with two buttons, one to log in and call the client, and the other to log out and close the ticket.
Statistics
- Basic key performance indicators can be displayed on different charts and exported in pdf formats.
Other and optional elements
- Tubes can be used to hang the counter displays.
- Hubs (distributors) are necessary to connect the hardware elements of the system.
- Power units feed the hardware elements, provide 8A.
- Voice call units can provide human calls optionally.
- The paper roll size is 2"
