Queue management systems
We offer three different versions with increasing functionality and complexity. You can find the one that best suits you and your needs.
Start
Basic
Pro
How do I decide which system to choose?
It's hard to choose, so we've summarized the most common questions we get from our customers. You can check them above!
The main differences are in the complexity of your queues. If you do not need to issue tickets, just remind your customers which agent is available at the moment, Start is the best solution for you.
In an environment where either only one service is available or all services are offered at any of the counters, Basic is a good choice for you.
If you want a flexible solution without a lot of hardware and are comfortable with Android and iOS devices, Flex is for you.
And of course, if your needs are more complex than the situations described above, Pro is the way to go.
